While our main focus is on running our little shop, we also like to get out and help our visitors “merchandise” their own homes. From bringing a little vintage comfort to a modern Pearl District loft to cleaning up and personalizing a dauntingly large built-in bookcase, we have had lots of fun over the years helping clients create wonderful spaces. We are open to consulting for whole houses but prefer to use our decorating and layout skills on smaller, short-term projects. In fact, we have found that we can often provide significant help with just a 2-3 hour consultation.
Our ideal client wants help re-imagining their current space, often using their existing furnishings and is interested in learning new techniques to enhance their space and make it more functional. We can all lose sight of the potential of our surroundings after long periods of time or be overwhelmed by a space that comes to us completely empty; our services are often helpful to people who just need a few solid ideas and placements to get them started in the right direction.
